I’m a certified systemic coach based in Berlin. I’m also a practitioner of Vipassana meditation and Nonviolent Communication, and I bring a mindfulness-based approach to our work together. In our sessions, we won’t just talk—we’ll use creative methods to help you break out of old thought patterns and make real, lasting change. I’m mixed race (Black and Jewish), speak English and German, and create a space that is welcoming to people of all races, genders, and orientations. I’m originally from New York, have lived around the world, and now call Berlin home.

FAQ

  • What's the difference between coaching & therapy?

    There can be a lot of overlap between coaching and certain forms of therapy. However, unlike a therapist, as a coach, I do not treat diagnosed psychological illness such as depression and anxiety. Our coaching sessions focus more on results and taking action in your life as opposed to discussing your past (but we may very well do a lot of that too!). These lines are not cut and dry.

  • How much does a session cost?

    It depends. Typically, I work with clients 4-6 months and their investment is between €1,500–€3,000 to make real lasting change, moving towards a way of relating that feels more honest, peaceful, and alive. One-off sessions are possible to address a very specific problem.

  • Can we meet in person?

    Currently, I'm focused on online sessions but if you are in Berlin, let's talk about it.

  • What kind of coaching do you do?

    Systemic coaches, like me, do not just focus on one area but the whole system. In other words, even though you may come here with a specific problem or goal, we won't zero in on that and ignore everything else. Instead, we will explore all aspects of your life because everything is connected. During our sessions, we'll use a mix of dialogue meant to challenge and inspire as well as creative methods in order to get you out of your normal thought processes and give you more access to your subconscious needs and motivations. This is how you will make the lasting and meaningful changes you want to see.
