Even though you want to be happy for your partner’s other relationships…

Does jealousy sometimes make you feel overwhelmed & out of control?

Do you find yourself lashing out or reacting in ways that don't feel like you?

Are you not sure what to do with these emotions?

I understand. I've been there too.

Hi, I'm Sarah!

I've been non-monogamous for a decade.

I'm also a certified coach, writer, and speaker focused on empowering people to pursue the relationships they truly want. I have trained in systemic mindfulness-based coaching here in Berlin. I'm also a practitioner of Vipassana meditation and non-violent communication, which I use to inform the coaching process. I'm mixed race (Black and Jewish) and try my best to provide a welcoming format for people of all races, genders, and sexual orientations.

This workshop will give you the tools to handle jealousy with confidence.

The goal is not to get rid of your jealousy, but to ease its intensity in the moment and become more resilient in the face of it over time.
